Embrace tango in these long nights of January at the foothills of the Black Forest and be part of an exciting gender-balanced tango event, in Karlsruhe, Germany, in one of the pioneering tango centres in Europe with a tango history stretching over twenty years.

In three nights and two afternoons, in two beautiful locations, dance to the music of experienced and popular djs, tested in countless encuentros, marathons and festivals. A highly experienced team and tango pioneers, famous for organising tango festivals and events will take care of you.

This time we have put our eyes on an intimate event with a reduced number of participants in two intimate locations in the best tradition of tango milonguero. Dance with friends and make new ones. The two encuentro locations are connected to restaurants with quality International/Greek cuisine at very moderate prices negotiated specially for the event.

The French/Italian Connection

Three of our six DJs come from France and one from Italy. Two of the French-based  DJs come from South of France (Nimes and Montpellier) and one from Paris, who is of Italian descent. Hence, this encuentro wants to connect to the strong encuentro scene of South France and Italy and be a meeting point for the tango lovers from central Europe and the South.

Attendance of single milongas is possible. You can opt to have simple entrance or have a package with snacks, fruits, coffee, tea and water. Please complete the shop form and indicate clearly the milongas you would like to attend. Please do consider afternoon and night milongas as separate.
